1. Bookings & Payment

1.1 All services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

1.2 Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to secure a booking.

1.3 Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may result in a revised price.

1.4 Additional services, time, or treatments not included in the original booking will be quoted and must be approved before work continues.

2. Access, Utilities & Parking

2.1 The customer is responsible for providing safe, clear, and uninterrupted access to the property or vehicle at the agreed time.

2.2 For property-based services, access to electricity and water must be available unless agreed otherwise.

2.3 For mobile valet services, the vehicle must be accessible, road-legal, and safe to work on.

2.4 Any parking fees, permits, or restrictions must be arranged by the customer in advance. Delays caused by parking issues may incur additional charges.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Services will be carried out only within the scope of what has been booked and paid for.

3.2 End-of-tenancy, sparkle cleans, deep cleans, carpet cleaning, and valet services are not guaranteed to meet third-party standards (including landlords, letting agents, or lease agreements) unless specifically agreed in writing.

3.3 Heavily soiled areas, excessive grease, limescale, mould, pet hair, biohazards, paint, builders’ residue, or specialist stain and odour treatments are not included unless stated at the time of booking.

4. Results & Limitations

4.1 While professional methods and products are used, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, marks, odours, or wear-related damage.

4.2 Pre-existing damage, wear, discoloration, scratches, mechanical faults, or deterioration to surfaces, furnishings, carpets, upholstery, or vehicles remain the customer’s responsibility.

4.3 Cleaning may reveal existing defects or damage that were previously hidden.

5. Health, Safety & Conditions

5.1 Customers must ensure the working environment is safe and free from hazards.

5.2 Children, pets, and vulnerable persons must be kept away from work areas during and immediately after service.

5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable, with charges still applicable.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

6.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

6.2 Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 50% of the booking value.

6.3 Missed appointments, refusal of access, or failure to provide required access, utilities, or vehicle availability will be charged at 100% of the booking value.

7. End-of-Tenancy & Satisfaction Policy

7.1 For end-of-tenancy and sparkle cleans, any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7.2 We must be given the opportunity to return and address any justified concerns before third-party contractors are instructed.

7.3 Refunds will not be issued where re-attendance has been refused or where issues fall outside the agreed scope of work.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of rent, business interruption, or third-party costs.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Pristine Cleaning Collective reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

9.2 The version in force at the time of booking will apply.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
