Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you are able to cancel your booking. We understand that your schedule may change unexpectedly. You will not be charged for cancelling a booking 10+ hours before it is scheduled. Cancelling your booking less than 10 hours before it is scheduled will result in a 50% charge, cancelling your booking 5 hours or less before it is scheduled will result in a 100% charge.

Do we supply our own products?

Yes, we do! We also provide our own equipment such as vacuums and mops, however this comes at an additional £10 fee which is already included in the price. If you wish to get a £10 discount, let us know that you can provide the equipment and cleaning materials.

How to use a voucher code?

If you have a voucher code, type in the code on the last page of the bookings form and the percentage will be automatically deducted from your total costs.

What is the difference between a sparkle clean and an end of tenancy clean?

Both cleans are deep cleans, however the end of tenancy cleans include a deep clean of appliances such as ovens, microwaves, fridges etc. End of tenancy cleans are also more meticulous, including inside of cupboards and drawers etc.

We currently cover London & Greater London, Essex, Bristol, Nottingham & Leicester. We are always looking to expand and will let you know as soon as we do!

Are the cleaning fees set?

Our residential cleaning fees are set prices, however if your property exceeds the number of rooms/areas covered in the price, you will have an option to pay an extra £15 per room/area.

Commercial Cleaning FAQs

Can I cancel a contract?

Yes, you are able to cancel your contract with us. We understand that your schedule may change unexpectedly or you may no longer require our services. You will not be charged for cancelling your contract.

Each contract has a three month break clause, in which if you provide three months notice, we will terminate the contract with you accordingly.

What's included in the price?

The price shown in your bespoke quote includes cleaning of all areas discussed in prior meetings, management of cleaning staff, cloths, gloves and health & safety equipment which will be left on site.

Site Visits

Site visits are arranged on our first contact and are attended by both the Operations Manager & the Accounts Manager. The site visits are designed to gage a better understanding of the size an needs of the property so that we can provide a mor accurate quote for you.

How does it work?

Once you contact us, we will follow up with a phone call to iron out any details about the commercial property and arrange a site visit. One we attend your property we will put together a proposal which will be sent to you same day or within 24 hours of the site visit with your tailored price.

Mobile Valet FAQs

Do you need access to our electricity/water supply?

No, we do not. Our vans are kitted out with everything that we need. There is no need to worry, just hand over the keys to our operatives and put your feet up!

Do I have to be present whilst my car is being valeted?

For the most part, no. For customers who have booked our Exterior Only Valet, they do not have to be present at all, just provide us with the car's location and we will do the rest. For customers who have booked any of our other services, we just need you to unlock the car.


Which areas do we cover?

The mobile valet typically cover the whole of London & Greater London, with parts of Essex and Surrey as an exception dependent on distance. However our commercial & residential cleaning servicesIf you have any queries regarding if we cover your area, please give us a call or email us.

Do we only do home visits?

We will travel to any location that suits you, as long as it is within our coverage map. Whether you want your car valeted at your place of work, home or whilst you do your weekly shopping!
