App Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Pristine Cleaning app account and associated personal data through Pristine Cleaning Collective.

You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to submit a request.

How to request deletion

Email info@pristinecleaningcollective.com with the subject:

Pristine Cleaning — Account Deletion Request

Please include:

*The name registered on your account.

* The email address associated with your account.

* A statement confirming that you want your app account and associated personal data deleted.

Please send the request from your registered email address where possible. Do not send your password or payment card details.

If you cannot access your registered email address, contact us at the same address. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you.

What happens next

Once we have verified your request, we will begin deleting your account and associated data. We aim to complete this within 24 hours and will notify you when the process is complete.

Deleting your account removes your access to the app and its account history. If you have upcoming bookings, please mention these in your request so we can explain how they will be handled. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a booking or outstanding payment.

What data will be deleted?

We will delete the following data associated with your account, except where retention is necessary for the reasons explained below:

* Your account profile and login credentials.

* Your name, email address, telephone number and saved addresses.

* Your saved preferences.

* Other personal data linked to your account, including booking information, uploaded photos and job notes where applicable.

Information we may need to retain

Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention or resolving an outstanding dispute. These may include invoices, transaction records and relevant service records.

Retention periods: before & after pictures, jobs schedules at your property etc. will be retained for 12 months.

Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
